About BizNest
BizNest is a business management application provided under the developer name BizNest by Xujing. It helps users manage products, inventory, orders, income and expenses, and shared tasks. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Information we process
- Account information: your email address, email verification status, password hash, account ID, display name, optional avatar, language and workspace membership. Verification emails are sent to the address you provide.
- Business information: the products, stock records, orders, contacts, payment records, tasks, comments, custom fields and files that you or your workspace members enter or upload. Only provide information that you are authorized to use.
- Device and notification information: installation identifiers, notification registration identifiers, platform, language and notification preferences used to deliver and manage notifications.
- Service activity: account and workspace identifiers, visited app pages, API paths, response status, timing and activity timestamps used for service operation, troubleshooting and security. Network services also process connection information needed to communicate with your device.
- Local information: login state, cached records, drafts, selected draft files and pending changes are stored on your device to provide sign-in persistence and limited offline functionality.
How information is used and disclosed
We use this information to authenticate users, synchronize records, enforce workspace permissions, support collaboration, send verification emails and notifications, respond to feedback, and operate and protect the service. Workspace data is visible to other authorized members according to their roles. Files or reports that you export or share are disclosed to the recipients you choose.
BizNest uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. Google processes the installation and delivery information needed for this service under its Privacy Policy. Our hosting and email service providers process the information needed to operate the application and deliver verification messages. These providers may process information in countries different from yours.
BizNest does not sell your personal information. The current app does not use Firebase Analytics for advertising or behavioral analytics. Push notification previews use general reminder text; the associated business record is retrieved after the app checks your account and access permissions.
Permissions and choices
Camera access supports scanning and taking photos when you choose those functions. File or photo access supports choosing, importing, exporting and saving content. Notification permission allows the app to show reminders. You can manage these permissions in your device settings and manage notification preferences within BizNest. Denying a permission may limit the related feature.
Security and retention
Passwords are stored as hashes. Account and workspace access controls restrict access to data. We retain account and workspace information while needed to provide the service. You can change your display name and workspace settings, export supported records, and request account deletion.
When account deletion completes, your account, sessions, notification bindings, personal files and account-linked usage records are removed. Workspaces owned solely by you and their associated business records and managed backup files are deleted. Stored files are removed through the service's cleanup process, with failed cleanup retried. Business records in shared workspaces may remain available to their members, with your account references removed or anonymized; your task comment text is removed. Workspace ownership must be transferred before deleting an account that owns a workspace with other members.
Copies that you or other recipients already exported or saved outside BizNest are not removed by account deletion. If you need assistance with data in shared records or cannot access your account, contact us using the deletion page below.
Your requests and policy updates
You may contact us about access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request. See how to delete your BizNest account, including a request option that does not require the app. Changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.

- 本地信息：设备上保存的登录状态、已读数据缓存、草稿、草稿文件和待同步修改，用于保持登录及提供有限的离线功能。
信息的使用与提供
我们使用这些信息进行账号验证、数据同步、权限控制、团队协作、验证码与通知发送、反馈处理，以及服务运行和安全保障。工作空间数据根据成员角色向有权限的成员提供。你主动导出或分享的文件、报表会提供给你选择的接收方。
BizNest 使用 Google Firebase Cloud Messaging 发送推送通知。Google 根据其隐私政策处理所需的安装与通知投递信息。服务器和邮件服务提供方会处理应用运行、验证码投递所需的信息，这些服务提供方可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理信息。
BizNest 不出售个人信息。当前应用不使用 Firebase Analytics 进行广告或行为分析。推送预览使用概括性的提醒文案；具体业务记录在应用核对登录状态和访问权限后获取。
权限与选择
相机权限用于你主动使用的扫码和拍照功能；文件、相册权限用于内容选择、导入、导出和保存；通知权限用于显示提醒。你可以在设备设置中管理权限，在 BizNest 内管理通知偏好。拒绝权限可能影响相应功能。
安全与信息保留
密码以哈希形式保存，账号及工作空间权限用于限制数据访问。服务提供期间，我们保留运行所需的账号和工作空间信息。你可以修改显示姓名和工作空间设置、导出支持的数据，并申请注销账号。
注销完成后，账号、登录会话、通知绑定、个人文件和关联使用记录会被移除；仅由你持有的单人工作空间，其业务数据和应用管理的备份文件也会删除。存储文件通过清理流程移除，清理失败会重试。多人工作空间的业务记录可能继续供其成员使用，你的账号引用会被移除或匿名化，待办评论正文会被清除。拥有其他成员的工作空间，需要先转交所有权再注销账号。
你或接收方已导出、另存于 BizNest 之外的副本，不会随账号注销一起删除。如果需要处理共享记录中的个人信息，或无法登录账号，可以通过下方注销页面联系我们。
