Request deletion without the app
You can request deletion of your BizNest account by emailing [email protected]. Use the subject “BizNest account deletion request” and send the request from your registered email address if possible. State which account you want deleted. You do not need to reinstall BizNest.
We may verify account ownership and clarify shared workspace ownership before completing the request. Please do not send your password or verification codes. If you no longer have access to your registered email, explain that in your message so we can discuss verification options.
Delete through BizNest
- Sign in to BizNest and open Settings, then Delete account.
- Review the workspaces and data affected. Transfer ownership of any workspace that has other members.
- Enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion.
You can also sign in to the web account deletion page.
What happens to your data
- Your account, login sessions, notification bindings, personal files and associated usage records are removed.
- Workspaces owned solely by you, their business records and managed backup files are deleted. File cleanup is retried if necessary.
- Shared workspace business records may remain for other members. Account references are removed or anonymized, and your task comment text is removed. Contact us if shared records contain personal information that requires further attention.
- Exported files or copies already saved outside BizNest are not removed. You may export records you need before requesting deletion.
Account deletion is permanent. Details of data processing are described in our Privacy Policy.
Other personal data requests
You can also email us about deleting specific personal information while keeping your account, or about residual copies in restricted recovery backups. Explain the records involved without sending unnecessary personal information. We will verify ownership, clarify any shared workspace impact and explain any data that must be retained and for how long.
