1. About the service
BizNest by Xujing provides BizNest, an application for managing products, inventory, orders, income and expenses, and collaborative tasks. These terms describe the conditions for using the service. You must have the legal capacity required in your location and authorization to act for any organization you represent.
2. Your account and workspace
New accounts require an email address you control, email verification and a password. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Workspace owners are responsible for inviting appropriate members and assigning their access roles. Shared records are visible or editable according to those permissions.
3. Your content and responsible use
You retain your rights to the content you submit. You authorize us to store, process, synchronize and display that content only as needed to provide and protect the service and to carry out your instructions. You are responsible for having permission to upload business records, customer or colleague information, and attachments.
Do not use BizNest for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, malware, abusive communications, or actions that disrupt the service or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction was mistaken.
4. Records, offline use and availability
Reports and calculations depend on the records you provide. Check important entries and keep appropriate copies of records you need. BizNest is a management tool and does not replace records, accounting or filings required by law.
Some cached records and drafts are available offline. Sign-in, uploads, posting transactions and other operations require a network connection. A saved local draft is not confirmation that a change has reached the server. Availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, device limitations or third-party services.
5. Pricing and downloads
The current version is free to use. If paid features are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before purchase. These terms do not authorize an automatic charge. Download applications only from the official BizNest website or a verified store listing linked from it. The Android website download and any future store release may use different distribution and update processes.
6. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy describes information processing. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account and associated data. Export records you need first. An owner of a workspace with other members must transfer ownership before deleting the account. Shared workspace records and independently exported copies are handled as explained on the deletion page.
7. Changes and your rights
We may update the service and these terms. The current version and its effective date will be published here; material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate service notice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
